Intuition has a simple ‘All Sales Final’ / no refund policy. Please try on skates / gear at the shop first! Intuition wants all clients to be comfortable in their skates, apparel, and gear!
*For in person / in store exchanges or transfer to gift card, please call 310-334-9987 or email intuitionsantamonica@gmail.com and include Exchange/Return in the subject.
*For mailing exchanges / transfer to gift card requests:
Step 1 - Pack up and ship back the skates/products via UPS Store or FedEx/Kinko's to the Intuition address above. Ground shipping is more than fine, and there is no rush. Please include the original skates box, skate tools, and owner's manual. You keep any extras, like posters, stickers, etc! (FedEx/ UPS tend to have lower shipping rates than the Post Office for skates.)
Step 2 - Simply put a note in the box with your order number, and include what alternate pair of skates / products and what size you prefer instead.
Step 3 - We'll ship your exchange skates / items as soon as we receive your returned skates/ items. (If you haven't already ordered alternate skates, so you don't miss out!)
Step 4 -You'll receive new tracking via email once the alternate skates / gear are shipped your way. Or, we can also apply the value of your returned items to a gift card that you can use at a later date. You will receive that gift card code via email, redeemable online or in store!

Intuition has a simple 'No Hassle' exchange I refund policy. Please try on skates / gear indoors first! We are happy to exchange any skates / products you bring / send back, so long as they are in new, un-skated, re-sellable condition - and in original packaging. Intuition wants all clients to be comfortable in their skates!
